Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as volume?

Volume sums your weight × reps for every set within the selected period. We display this in thousands (e.g., 25.5k kg) to keep the interface clean while showing significant totals.

How are personal bests counted?

We scan every set in the selected period and compare it against your known history. If you hit a new peak for a specific rep range, it's counted as a Personal Best.

Why do I see different charts?

We optimize the visualization for the timeframe. Weekly views show daily bar charts (volume), while monthly and yearly views use line charts (Strength Index) to better illustrate progression.

Can I track bodyweight too?

WeightUp focuses on training metrics, but our Strength Index calculation automatically factors in your training loads to give you a pure strength signal regardless of weight changes.
